Overview
CS2 Storage Unit Manager is a Chrome extension for Counter-Strike 2 (CS2) players — and anyone who carried over a collection from CSGO — who wants a clean browser workflow for storage unit management. Deposit CS2 skins, cases, and stickers into storage units; withdraw them back to your main inventory; rename units to keep things organised. All without opening the game.
The extension connects directly to Valve's Steam and CS2 services. Sign in on Steam Community in Chrome with QR or password — the same official Steam login you already use. Credentials go directly to Valve. After that, a secure connection for that account is kept on your device so you do not need to sign in every time. There is no developer-operated backend.
Features
Counter-Strike 2 replaced CSGO but storage units remain central to keeping a large CS2 inventory organised. CS2 Storage Unit Manager gives you full deposit, withdraw, and rename control from the browser — no game open, no third-party backend.
Select eligible Counter-Strike 2 items from your inventory and move them into any storage unit in one flow.
Browse the contents of any CS2 storage unit and pull items back to your main inventory directly from Chrome.
Give your Counter-Strike 2 storage units meaningful names to keep your CS2 skin collection organised.
See item name, rarity, wear, and current storage state before committing any deposit or withdraw action.
You sign in on Steam Community with QR or password. Credentials go only to Valve. No developer server receives your login or inventory data, and the secure account connection stays on your device.
Counter-Strike 2 does not need to be running. The extension works through Steam Community in your browser with Valve's CS2 services.
How it works
Permissions
CS2 Storage Unit Manager launched with the core workflow CS2 players need most: deposit, withdraw, and rename without launching Counter-Strike 2. Future updates can add richer inventory views, item search, bulk operations, and more CS2 tools as they become ready.
